3. Be courteous and professional.

If your model is a little shy, start with clothing like a sexy dress or bikini. Work your way to nudity. Once she sees that you are professional and you have her best interest at heart she will relax and become more confident. Ask her to bring a robe or provide one for her to cover up in between looks. If shooting in doors do what you can to keep the room a comfortable temperature. Don’t have any of your friends around watching your shoot. If you need an assistant be sure to see if she is comfortable with that and specify if it will be male of female.

I’m excited to finally go to San Francisco for work.  I’ve done many shoot with ladies that have flown down to Los Angeles but this will be my first traveling there.

What can you expect?  We will shoot in an upscale location in with a breath taking waterfront view.  You get to shoot 2 outfits but are free to bring more so we can chose what works best for you.  I shoot all body types, ages and ethnicities.  I do my own retouching and specialize in retouching that shows you at your best while looking natural.  A %50 deposit is needed to book your shoot.  Payment must be received with in 24 hours of scheduling .  Payments can be made in the payment section of this site using debit, credit or paypal.  Paypal account no necessary.  You also have the ption of sending your deposit through Western Union or Money Gram.

I’m keeping this introductory shoot simple.  You must arrive camera ready. Hair and makeup will be offered on my next trip in about 6 months.

$20 per additional retouch photo

I may be able to travel to your location in San Francisco for an additional travel rate.  Contact me if you are interested.

I prefer to do color corrections and other enhancements to all of your photos before retouching.  For your benefit I do not give CD’s at the end of my shoots.  In 5 business days or less you will have a private gallery to view your photos online.  You will then pick which photos you wanted retouched.  After I recieve your choices you will recieve your retouches by email in 5 business days.  I will then mail you a CD with both the untouched images and the retouched photos.

Sarah is one of my favorite people to work with.  She is beautiful, moves with the grace of a ballerina and is sweet as pie.  We recently did a 2 day shoot while she was in Los Angeles.  Here are a few of my favorites.

2. Be calm and set guidelines.

If you are nervous your model will be that and more. It’s just like shooting anything else. Once you get started you’ll be so caught up in the technical you will forget about the nudity. Some models prefer to bring an escort to make sure they are safe. Personally I don’t mind but be sure to set guidelines on what makes you comfortable. As a woman I am only comfortable with other woman being present at my shoots in most cases. I don’t like more than one visitor and no other camera are allowed.

1. Practice makes perfect!

Nothing can replace shooting often and trying new things. All the books in the world cannot give you what doing can. Start with your friends and even family if they are willing. Shot in a combination of natural light and artificially lit settings. Practice so you can be prepared for whatever comes your way. Look at magazines, website and nude art books. Find what you like, learn how to do it and make it your own. We all have a unique vision to share. Strive to perfect yours.

Want a sexy shoot at an upscale location but still want to save?  Share your location with another person that needs photos.  This photo shoot including location for one person runs $950 with out hair and makeup.  These smart girls shared there shoot and saved.  I always discount when two or more shoot together.  What did this cost?  Only $625 each (3 looks, 6 retouches and a disk of photos each).  Come camera ready with a friend and save!

Normally I offer different specials for each month or a season.  This summer one of my special discounted offers is to shoot in this beautiful home in Long Beach.  It’s not as grand and as some of the others but for the price provides a great background for sensual and even fashion photography in Long Beach, CA.

The special is 2 looks including hair and makeup or 3 looks with out hair and makeup of $500.  Because of this great rate more people will shoot her but all you have to do is use a little creativity to make your photos unique.  Consider bringing props like big pretty hats.  This give you a more creative way to cover your face and bring your own style to your photos with a touch of class.  Shoot in the kitchen, bring some fruit or ice cubes!  There are all kinds of things we can come up with to fit your personality and taste.
